Lance and Lesli Rose founded this business before the internet was commercial. We've marketed NB businesses through every major platform shift, from yellow pages and radio, through the first websites, into Google, and now into AI search. The technology keeps changing. What makes marketing work for a small business doesn't.
The story
We started in 1989 in Harvey, New Brunswick, helping local businesses figure out the marketing channels of the day. Print ads that actually got phone calls. Radio spots that people remembered. Direct mail that didn't go straight in the trash. The work has always been the same: understand the customer, make the offer clear, make it easy to take the next step.
When the web changed everything in the late 90s, we changed with it. We built some of the first websites for NB small businesses. When Google started ranking local results, we learned local SEO. When Facebook became a small-business channel, we figured out Meta Ads. When AI assistants started answering "best chiropractor in Moncton" questions in 2024, we built AI discoverability into every site we ship.
37years in, the only thing that hasn't changed is the North Star: if the work we do doesn't turn into calls, bookings, and revenue, we're not doing our job.

Lance runs client strategy and account management. If you hire us, he's the one mapping your offer to the market, setting the monthly priorities, and making sure the work ladders up to revenue. 35+ years in business across marketing, F&I, and sales, he's a pragmatist first, a marketer second.
Lesli Rose
Co-founder · SEO, Content & Web
Lesli handles SEO, content strategy, website builds, and AI discoverability. She writes the playbooks the rest of the industry is still catching up to, schema architecture, LLM optimization, and the kind of structured content that ranks in both Google and ChatGPT. Trained in both marketing and software; builds most of what we ship.
