Digital Marketing NB was founded November 23, 2022 by Lance and Lesli Rose. We are BBB-listed and based in Harvey, NB. We bring decades of combined marketing, F&I, sales, and software experience to every engagement, and we focus on the thing that actually matters: turning marketing spend into leads, calls, and revenue.
Why this agency, why now
Lance and Lesli founded Digital Marketing NB in November 2022 to do one specific thing well: build the modern infrastructure New Brunswick small businesses now need to be found by Google AND recommended by AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini). The category has shifted faster in the last 24 months than it had in the prior 10 years, and most NB businesses are running on website infrastructure built before any of that mattered.
We work in both French and English. We are listed with the Better Business Bureau. We answer our own phone. Every engagement is month-to-month, with no long contracts and no setup fees. Pricing is flat-rate and visible on the pricing page before you ever book a call.
Our north star is the same in every engagement: if the work we do does not turn into calls, bookings, and revenue, we are not doing our job. 4 years, focused on outcomes.

Lance runs client strategy and account management. If you hire us, he's the one mapping your offer to the market, setting the monthly priorities, and making sure the work ladders up to revenue. 35+ years in business across marketing, F&I, and sales, he's a pragmatist first, a marketer second.
Lesli Rose
Co-founder · SEO, Content & Web
Lesli handles SEO, content strategy, website builds, and AI discoverability. She writes the playbooks the rest of the industry is still catching up to, schema architecture, LLM optimization, and the kind of structured content that ranks in both Google and ChatGPT. Trained in both marketing and software; builds most of what we ship.

- We say no when we should. If your business needs something we don't do well, we'll refer you to someone who does.
